5 things You Can Strike Off Your Bucket List by Visiting Dubai

There are plenty of things to do in Dubai that are sure to get your adrenaline surging. These are all the reason why Dubai is the ultimate fantasy destination for any tourist worth her or his name.

You can be sure of one thing though – once you complete this list your life would be far better for the experience.

1. Skydive on the Skydive Drop Zone in Al Sufouh

You can do this along with a trained professional or you can take some instructions in skydiving and have the experience all to yourself. HolidayFactors.com wrote a detailed blog post about Skydiving in Dubai which can be more informative for a beginner.

No matter what – it is hard to overstate the adrenaline rush you will get while hurtling to the ground at speeds of over 210 km per hour. From here you would also get thrilling views of the Palm, one of the most famous islands in the world.

Imagine doing this while you glide gracefully through the sky.

2. Cycle the Al Qudra Cycle Track During Sunrise

For this, you need to get yourself out of your bed and be at the Al Qudra cycle track before the sun rises. The track itself is 100 km long but if you are a beginner you should first try the loop that is half the distance. In any case, this remains the best setting in Dubai for you to catch the sun rising over the beautiful horizon.

You can also treat yourself to some healthy food after your exertions with the cycle at the Cycle Hub, located nearby. After such an intense workout, you will totally deserve the food.

3. Have the French Toast at Bertin Bistro in SZR

Most of the eateries at Dubai are really good when it comes to French toast – which happen to be the tastiest, most sinful and glutinous dessert in the world. It is perhaps the best dessert in the world that does not have chocolate in it. This salty caramelized dessert is dreamy.

The French Toast at Bertin is like the warmest embrace you have ever recieved and not something you will be forgetting anytime soon. This dish costs 59 AED and is easily worth your money.

4. Get Coddled at the Talise Ottoman Spa in Zabeel Saray

Zabeel Saray is one of the top names as far as the luxurious resorts of the world are concerned.

The hallways over here look like they are dripping gold thanks to the golden leaves that adorn them and the luxurious spa experience makes you feel as if you are a member of the royal family as well.

The best experience that you can have here is a chain mail mask that is made of 24-carat gold, which will make you poorer by 25,000 AED. The money is hefty, but the experience will more than make up for it.

5. Take a Selfie in Front of Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and is one of the most photographed members of its fraternity as well. This makes sense – the building is beautiful!

Burj Khalifa, the world tallest tower, is silhouetted at sunset in Dubai, on November 30, 2010. The construction and real estate sectors in Dubai has registered a near five percent fall in 2010, a top Dubai government official said, adding that the sector was hit hard by the financial crisis. If you have to take that only one selfie in your life, this would be the one worth taking – the front of this building is the embodiment of the word stunning. But beware that there are plenty of tourists over here. Be careful or you might end up taking a selfie stick in your eye.

Some Other Things To Do in Dubai

One of the things that you should definitely do over here is to go for a hot air balloon ride across the desert. It takes only half an hour from downtown Dubai. You can soar over the sands like a bird and take a look at the wilderness below. The scene would look only better when the sun rises over the mountain range, known as Hajjar.

Famished? Another to-do is to try the the fish tacos at the Claw, located at Souk Al Bahar. If you like fish tacos then this is the place for you for sure.
